Introduction
As of May 25, 2018, Regulation no. 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “GDPR”) became applicable in all Member States of the European Union.
Scope of application
This Policy on the processing of personal data applies to the website https://www.bizilive.ro/, with the purpose of informing its users about the processing of personal data by LDP CONSULTING & DISTRIBUTION SRL as controller, having its registered office in Bucharest Sector 3, Str. MURGENI, Nr. 59, CORPUL C2, CAMERA 1, PARTER, identified by Sole Registration Code: 31273752, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/2380/2013.

What categories of personal data we process
Identifying data: first and last name, photo image; video image;
Contact data: telephone number, e-mail address, address/domicile, occupation/place of work; department in which you work; position held in a company or association/organisation; IBAN;
Other data that you choose to voluntarily provide to us via email, phone call, when you opt to contact us via the Messenger application or when you publish a timeline post containing personal data;
What are the legitimate grounds for processing the data
We may base our processing activities on the following legitimate grounds:
Contract: We may process personal data in order to fulfil our contractual obligations as well as to provide the services offered.
Consent: We may process personal data on the basis of your free and unbiased consent when you provide us the respective data, for example when you contact us via email, account creation to become a member, phone call or via the Messenger application or when you agree to the placement of cookies.
Legitimate interest: we may process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest where, according to our assessment, we consider the processing to be fair, reasonable, proportionate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purpose of the processing.
Legal obligation: We may process personal data in order to fulfil our legal obligations.
Why we need personal data
We process personal data transparently for the following purposes:
Processing any requests received via email, contact form, phone numbers displayed on the website, including in order to respond to you;
Organising offline events;
Improving and creating a community of professionals and entrepreneurs for networking activities;
Processing any requests received regarding the services offered by LDP CONSULTING & DISTRIBUTION SRL;
In order to start LDP CONSULTING & DISTRIBUTION SRL projects in order to carry out the activity for which it was constituted;
For the creation and improvement of the shows organised by LDP CONSULTING & DISTRIBUTION SRL.

Do we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area?
We transfer personal data outside the European Union. Whenever we transfer your personal data outside the EEA, we ensure that a similar level of protection is granted by ensuring that at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:

Data processing of children under 16
Our services are not intended for children under 16 and we do not voluntarily collect data from persons under 16. All personal data processing activities relate exclusively to persons who are at least 16 years old. Minors who have reached the age of 16 may provide their personal data without the consent of their guardian or legal representative, as long as it is not used to perform acts for which the law requires the consent of the legal representative or guardian.
Refusal of processing and its consequences
The provision of personal data is necessary for LDP CONSULTING & DISTRIBUTION SRL in order for us to perform the activities listed above. A refusal on your part may make it impossible for us to provide you the services/products, information, to respond to your requests or to perform any of the other activities listed above.
What rights do you have in relation to your personal data

Security of personal data
We have adopted technical security policies and procedures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized use, destruction or alteration. We ensure that access to personal data is limited and authorised only to those persons who have the right to use it. These persons undertake to ensure the confidentiality of the data.
For how long we will keep personal data
We will store personal data only for the period of time necessary to achieve the processing purposes set out above, while complying with the legal requirements in force.
We estimate that the processing activities detailed above will require the storage of personal data for the following periods:

Once the processing period indicated above expires, and we no longer have legal or legitimate grounds to process your personal data, it will be deleted in accordance with the controller’s procedures, which may involve archiving, anonymisation or destruction.
Also, the storage of personal data for a longer period of time may be carried out for statistical purposes, service improvement, research/market studies.

We will review this Policy periodically, depending on the changes that arise in the processing of personal data, and publish the revised version of the document.
